In relation to the current report No. 13/2011 of 2 March 2011 the Board of ENEA S.A. informs that on 8 July 2011 a meeting of the Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (ENEA Operator) with trade unions acting in this subsidiary took place, with participation of a mediator, during which an agreement terminating the collective dispute over remunerations in ENEA Operator in 2011 was executed.
