The Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that, on 22 March 2011, in accordance with Article 8 of the Act on Resolving Collective Disputes of 23 May 1991, the Management Board of the subsidiary ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (the Company) submitted a notification to the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Poznan on the emergence of a collective dispute with three trade union organisations operating in the Company.

The cause of the collective dispute is the refusal to meet a demand submitted by the above organisations for an increase in remuneration.
