The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the “Issuer"), acting pursuant to Article 103 par. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information [...] of 19 February 2009, announces the dates on which periodic reports will be made available to the public in 2011. The Issuer also declares its intention to publish extended consolidated quarterly reports containing abbreviated quarterly financial statements, as referred to in Article 83 par. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-yearly report containing abbreviated half-yearly financial statements, as referred to in Article 83 par. 3 of the Regulation.

Extended consolidated quarterly reports containing non-consolidated quarterly financial statements:

QCR for Q4 2010 – 1 March 2011

QCR for Q1 2011 – 16 May 2011

QCR for Q3 2011 – 14 November 2011

Extended consolidated half-yearly report containing abbreviated non-consolidated half-yearly financial statements:

SACR for the first half of 2011 – 29 August 2011

Annual reports:

R – non-consolidated annual report for 2010 – 28 April 2011

CR – consolidated annual report for 2010 – 28 April 2011

The Issuer also announces that in accordance with Article 101 par. 2 of the Regulation it will not publish an extended consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2011.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
