Enea will distribute PLN 0.47 dividend per share

Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea SA concur with the recommendation of Enea’s Management Board and decided to distribute PLN 207,478,011.66 dividend of the net profit of 2014, which means PLN 0.47 dividend per share. The record date was determined for 22 July 2015 and the payment date for 11 August 2015.
