Content of report:

The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 16 April 2018 made the following changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.:

- Mr Rafał Bargiel (a hitherto Member of the Supervisory Board) and Mr Piotr Kossak (a hitherto Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board) were dismissed from their functions;

- Mr Ireneusz Kulka and Mr Paweł Jabłoński were appointed into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board for the 9th joint term of office.

In accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting, the resolution regarding the appointment of Mr Paweł Jabłoński shall come into force upon its adoption with effect from the day the candidate receives a positive opinion of the Council for Companies with State Treasury Shareholding and State Legal Entities.

Information relating to the education, qualifications and positions held previously, as well as the description of the career path of Mr Ireneusz Kulka were published in the current report No. 14/2018 of 27 March 2018 and remain valid as of the date of publication of this current report.

Information relating to Mr Paweł Jabłoński shall be published in a separate current report after the Company obtains the relevant information, declarations and the candidate receives a positive opinion of the Council for Companies with State Treasury Shareholding and State Legal Entities.
