Paweł Łącki

Mr. Paweł Łącki completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He then obtained his Ph.D. degree in law from the same university.
Since 2012, he has been practicing the legal profession as a member of the Bar Association in Poznań. He works as an assistant professor at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities where he teaches civil law. He is the author of a number of scholarly articles published in some of the most significant legal journals in Poland.
He has extensive experience in providing services to entities from the power sector – owned by both the State Treasury and foreign capital. He has advised clients on regulatory and transactional aspects and on the shaping of complex contractual relationships. He has conducted numerous due diligence processes and represented clients in precedent litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Paweł Łącki has served as a Supervisory Board Member at KDPW S.A. and ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o.
