Mr. Rafał Włodarski, an attorney at law with more than 10 years of experience in providing corporate and regulatory legal advisory services for companies in the power sector, supporting companies in their day-to-day, transactions, implementation of innovative solutions and representing companies in precedent cases.
Mr. Rafał Włodarski is experienced in transactional consulting related to share deals and asset deals as well as determining the rules of cooperation in joint ventures and conducting comprehensive due diligence processes identifying essential legal risks.
His areas of specialization also include legal advisory services for companies in the power sector and off-takers of electricity regarding existing legislation and proposed amendments to legislation, in particular with regard to self-generation from renewable energy sources, cogeneration plants, corporate PPAs and the Polish RES auction system.
Mr. Rafał Włodarski currently serves as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at the Ministry of State Assets. Before joining the Ministry, he worked with leading law firms in Poland as a member of Energy & Natural Resources, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance teams, where he participated in numerous significant transactions on the Polish market with a total value exceeding PLN 10 billion.
He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and joined the Warsaw Bar Association as an attorney at law in 2013.
