Acting pursuant to §19(1)(10) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for considering the information required by laws of a non-member state as equivalent, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that, with reference to the information on certain objections raised in respect of some of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ENEA S.A. on 30 July 2020 ("OGM"), which the Company disclosed in Current Report No. 32/2020 of 30 July 2020, the Company received a copy of the statement of claim filed against the Company by the Synergia Inter-Company Trade Union of ENEA Group Employees with the Regional Court in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division, seeking to revoke Resolution Nos. 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the OGM, whereby a discharge was granted to individual Members of the Company's Management Board on the performance of their duties in 2019.
