Publication dates for periodic reports
ENEA S.A. will publish consolidated and non-consolidated periodic reports on the following dates:

| Non-consolidated annual report for 2011 | 27 April 2012 |
At the same time, the Issuer announces that, pursuant to Article 102 par. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish an extended consolidated quarterly report for QII of 2011.
The Management Board of ENEA S.A. declares that, pursuant to Article 83 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, it will not publish separate non-consolidated quarterly and half-annual reports.
