PZU TFI Funds exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent in Enea’s shareholding

PZU Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych informed that the funds managed by the institution increased the shareholding in Enea to 5.16 per cent. Before the settlement of the transaction PZU TFI’s portfolios accounted for 4.99 per cent of the Company’s shares.
