The city of Belchatow selected a winner in the tender for purchase of electricity – the offer of ENEA S.A. turned out to be the most competitive.

Analysts of DM BOŚ in the report of 6 February issued "Accumulate" recommendation for ENEA setting the target price per one share on the level of PLN 21.31.

In the report of 24 January 2012 the analysts of Credit Suisse issued "Neutral" recommendation for the shares of ENEA S.A. The target price was maintained at the level of PLN 21.

This day Elektrownia „Kozienice” S.A. and Kopalnia LW „Bogdanka” S.A. concluded a mutiannual contract for deliveries of energetic coal for the needs of a newly constructed power unit in Kozienice Power Plant. The Contract was concluded for the term till the end of 2036.

In the report of 4 January 2012 ING analysts reissued the "Hold" recommendation for the shares of ENEA. The annual target price of the securities of the company was set at the level of PLN 19.

On 16 December 2011 the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority issued a decision approving 'Tariff for for electricity for the G tariff group set in the following packages:  HOME, PRE-PAID' of ENEA S.A. for 2012 for clients from households connected to the grid of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. for which ENEA S.A. renders a comprehensive service. With the decisions of 16 and 19 December 2011 the President of ERA also approved a new 'Tariff for the electricity distribution services' ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. for 2012.
